About  Marann

Aristotle said, "We are what we repeatedly do," and Annie Dillard says, "How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives."  I spend my days writing, consulting, philosophizing, loving, travelling, reading, exercising, learning and recreating.  I also like to sing, dance, take pictures and even sometimes paint them.  I write novels, creative nonfiction essays, feature articles, interviews, short stories and the occasional poem. In general, I consider myself an explorer in all senses of the word with a fierce love for my family and friends, just not a belief that I must live next door to them to express it.
